Project Description: Vandalia Tower is a former Mattress Factory that was redeveloped into a diverse 200,000 SF community of artists and creative users including a brewery, broadcast production, creative office users, and tenants in many disciplines spanning the technology, art, and production fields. Tenants are drawn to the vibrant community and the soul and history of the project that is expressed through its historical details. The project is currently being renovated that will result in a full rehabilitation of the building’s exterior and the completion of vacant space.
