New ideas and industries emerge from old buildings. Our objective is to honor the architecture and the features from those periods that came before us while at the same time, making spaces within those structures affordable and tenantable to those who dare to be different, who yearn for independence, and desire to create tomorrow's important products and industries. We have found that reactivating viable spaces for tenants within our historic buildings not only benefits the subject project itself, but the surrounding community as well.

By preserving our past we hope to build a better future.
